At Serap Kocacenk Studio, each artwork is created with intention, depth, and authenticity. My collectors are investing in more than a painting — every piece carries frequency, memory, and presence. I want your experience to reflect that same level of trust.

EU & Sweden – Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a private customer within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal (“ångerrätt”). This means you may cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days after receiving the artwork.

• To exercise this right, please contact me at hello@serapkocacenk.com within 14 days of delivery.

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, fully insured, at the collector’s expense.

• Once the artwork has been safely returned, a full refund of your purchase will be issued.

• If the artwork is returned damaged or not in its original state, I reserve the right to adjust the refund accordingly.

Commissions & Personalized Works

Commissioned artworks, or any piece created specifically for you, are non-refundable, as they are considered custom-made under EU law.

Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.

International Collectors (Outside EU)

For collectors outside the European Union, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Legal frameworks differ worldwide, but my commitment remains the same everywhere:
