Shipping Included

All original artworks are sold with worldwide insured shipping included in the purchase price. There are no additional costs at checkout.

Packaging & Handling

Each artwork is carefully packed to museum standard:

• Acid-free materials protect the surface.

• Custom wrapping ensures stability and safety in transit.

• Every shipment is fully insured until it reaches you.

Delivery Times

• Sweden & EU: approx. 5–10 business days.

• International: approx. 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance.

• You will receive tracking information once your artwork has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Customs & Duties

For collectors outside the EU: local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.

Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please document the damage immediately (photos of the package and artwork) and contact me within 48 hours at hello@serapkocacenk.com. I will work with you to resolve the situation with the carrier and ensure a fair solution.
